Expansion Council
The expansion council focuses on planning for future needs. It sets goals for meeting those needs and plans how to fund them. This council is also involved in evangelical outreach.

Master Plan
The Master Plan consists of three phases. Phase I is the securing of the perimeter with a wall and the creating of a lawn for outdoor activities. Phase II involves the renovations of our existing buildings. Phase III is the building of a new sanctuary. The Expansion Council plans events to raise funds for these projects.

Evangelistic Outreach
A quarterly newsletter is sent to hundreds of folks in the neighborhoods around Holy Trinity with news and an invitation to visit and attend church services or events. Special mailings are sent periodically to inform our neighbors of special events.
