Upper Room Youth Group meetings are at the church on Wednesdays at 6:00 pm.
The last meeting for the youth group until fall is May 22nd.
A vibrant youth ministry can help the many young people who are searching for meaning in their lives. Through Christ-centered activities that are interesting, informative and relevant, teens who are active in church and those who come seeking can find in Christ the nurturing and support to bring meaning to their lives and those of their friends.

Happening in June
Tossed and Sauced Barbecue with a Twist Dinner, Sunday, June 2nd at 11:30 am
Join us for a great BBQ dinner to help fund our Youth Group's mission trip this summer. Pulled pork and all the trimmings, 4 super sauces , great desserts and fun w ith friends are all on the menu. Tickets are available from any youth group member, after church on Sunday or in the church office. Costs are: Adults- $15, Kids ages 7-12- $10.00, Kids ages 3-6- $5.00; kids under age three eat FREE. Get your tickets, come toss, sauce and twist with us to help our youth.
Youth Group Scrap Gold Drive, June 1-30
To help raise funds for this summer's mission trip, Litaker's Jewlers is assisting our youth group in a scrap gold drive. Donations of unwanted or broken gold pieces may be brought to the church office Monday through Thursday between the hours of 10 am and 2 pm. At the end of June all the gold pieces collected will be taken to Litaker's and the proceeds will be placed int he mission trip fund. The Youth Group appreciates your help with this fund raising effort.
The Youth Group is planning a Mission Trip this summer. They will travel to Orlando, FL in July to participate in mission work with Week of Hope.
Campers at Week of Hope provide helping hands by serving meals to the homeless, working with disabled children, sharing stories with an elderly person, and much more. Throughout the week, the youth are continually serving others: both people in the local community, and one another. Some of the projects may include:
